Dry cleaning your Ventile® or Cotton Analogy® garment
Dry cleaning maintains the original appearance of your Ventile® and Cotton Analogy® garment removing dirt which compromises waterproofness and breathability.
We use a professional dry cleaner, cleaning your garments with a trichloroethylene-free process.
Reproofing your Ventile® or Cotton Analogy® garment
Ventile® and Cotton Analogy® garments occasionally require reproofing, when the Durable Water Repellency (DWR) has been worn off and the garment is no longer waterproof.
To reproof we firstly dry clean the garment as described above, before further washing the garment in Nikwax TX Direct® Wash-In, which has been specifically designed and optimised for breathable waterproof garments. Nikwax TX Direct® leaves a flexible water repellent treatment on individual fibres, allowing moisture vapour to pass through, and so maintaining breathability. We use only dedicated washing machines, guaranteed free of contaminants which might otherwise harm the garment and reduce its performance.

Once you have paid for the service, please pack the garment in a protective bag for the health & safety of our staff. Enclose a copy of your order invoice then send your garment using tracked postage or courier to:

Customs - if you are outside the UK please ensure that the customs documentation clearly states that the goods are of UK origin and that they are being returned for repair. Please contact us for appropriate Customs codes.
